1、感應式人造板水分測量儀L606特色和適用范圍:
高周波感應式,無測針,不會破壞木材表面完整,如家具、地板或備料等,具備自動斷電設備(靜止60秒后),操作簡單,指針指出數字后,再對照樹種表成正確的水分數字即可。
(1)測試水分MC%范圍:5-30%;
(2)掃描測定zui小需感應平面面積:40×60mm;
(3)掃描深度:單面測約2cm(3/4″),共可測4cm內之板
(4)樹種比重:0.3-0.7g/cm3
2、感應式人造板水分測量儀L606操作方法:
(1)輕輕按壓“ON"鍵開關然后放開,電源即在開機狀態。
(2)將水分計的背面(底部)平放在要測量的木材上,即有感應器的一面要*平貼在木材上(掃描中木材要靜止,一直移動會產生靜電),操作者要穩穩下壓約1Kg的力量以確保感應器與木材表面之接觸良好,尤其是測量表面較粗糙的木材。到指針固定時,指針即可顯示出木材的含水率(正確的含水率需再對照樹種調整表)。
(3)本機在不使用靜止狀態下,經過60秒電源則會自動斷電關閉。
(4)“LOW BATTERY"燈亮表示電力不足需要更換電池,請更換9V雙紐扣型(一般遙控玩具9V電池)的堿性電池。
3、樹種調整表
本機測定含水率以Douglar Fir為基準,當測定非Douglar Fir的樹種時,請參照WAGNER L-606所提供之樹種調整表以求得正確之含水率。例如,當指標的讀數為16、測試之樹種為楊木時,對照樹種調整表,則實際之含水率為18.5%。
4、歸零-步驟:(除非必要,請不要常調整)
(1)指針歸“0"零點校正:在電源關閉的狀態下,調整指標零點,校正直到指標準確地停留在刻度“0"zui低之位置。
(2)空氣濕度調整校正:在電源開的狀態下,轉動空氣濕度調整這個黑紐扣(下方較左邊靠“ON"近那一個,右邊那個黑鈕不要調),把水分計水平握在半空中,以便其底部可以保持水平并和任何物體保持一定之距離,黑紐扣拿下后再用小型螺絲刀插入孔中,調整到指針準確的落DRY處較低一邊的邊緣。
