工作原理如下:變頻壓縮機運轉的頻率高低,通過由室外機電腦板向功率模塊輸入變頻壓縮機運行控制信號,經功率模塊逆變
所輸出的交流電壓、交流電流和交流頻率的高低來控制壓縮機回轉數,功率模塊輸出的電壓、電流和頻率越高。
變頻壓縮機運轉頻率及輸出功率就越高,反之,功率模塊輸出的電壓、電流和頻率越低,變頻壓縮機運轉頻率及輸出功率就會
越低。功率模塊內部是由三組(每組兩只)大功率的開關三極管組成,其作用是將輸入模塊的直流電壓通過三極管的開關作用
逆變為驅動壓縮機的三相交流電源。
功率模塊輸入的直流電壓P+與N-之間電壓通常為310V左右,而功率模塊U、V、W三端其中任意兩相之間輸出的交流電壓一般在
50V-200V。注:U+、V+、W+為上臂,U-、V-、W-為下臂。
