產品應用：
主要用于苯酐、順酐、均酐、丙烯酸、富馬酸、三聚氰胺、制冷劑、鋁鎂行業等工業流程，以及橡膠、塑料等行業輸送鈉鹽、鉀鹽、堿類等易結晶的高溫液體。化工軸流泵為單級懸臂式結構，結構合理，抗汽蝕性能好，可靠性高。泵設計壓力10bar，輸送介質溫度為 ～+120℃。用于大流量、低揚程蒸發循環工位的輸送含有固體顆粒的介質，是磷復肥行業定點泵型。

用途

磷復肥行業：適用于輸送含固體顆粒腐蝕性介質，如閃蒸冷卻等工位。

化工、制堿、制鹽、行業：適用于物料的濃縮循環工位。

造紙、輕工行業：適用于物料的濃縮循環工位。

立式軸流泵結構說明

采用導葉體結構，泵抗汽蝕性能好，效率高。    

泵轉速低，運轉平穩可靠。

葉輪與葉輪體配合，在輸送磨蝕性物料時，只要更換葉輪和葉輪體即可，從而提高泵體的使用壽命。

可采用直聯、皮帶或減速機等傳動方式。

立式軸流泵過流部件選材

可選用CD4MCu 、Cr30、304、304L、316、316L、904L（UB-6）、20#合金等材料。

磷肥行業閃蒸冷卻工位的葉輪、葉輪體用Cr30材料，泵體用CD4MCu材料。
