工作周期:
1、使用油水分離過濾機對每臺機床冷卻水箱工作3~4小時,而后轉到下一臺機床;
2、建議每臺機床的冷卻水箱每周循環過濾一次;
3、油水分離過濾機每班可分離過濾2臺機床冷卻水箱或每周單班10臺機床冷卻水箱。
操作方法:
1、使用時將浮子放入冷卻水箱中油污集中處漂浮在冷卻液表面;
2、將回水管放入冷卻水箱出水口處;
3、給油水分離機通電(撇油機220V/25W+水泵290W)工作;
4、油水混合液通過浮子抽進袋式過濾器(精度25μ)過濾,再通過水泵(或隔膜泵)抽到油水分離器內進行油水分離,干凈的冷卻液返回到冷卻水箱內,污油被隔離,通過盤式撇油機將污油排到廢油收集桶內。
