此生產線采用先進技術，全部自動一體化控制，全不銹鋼制造，清洗*，可連續化作業，處理量大，節水節能，省人省力。適用于中央廚房，團膳，蔬菜等農產品加工廠，大型企業，*，機關，學校食堂等。此生產線將前道整理去雜等工序切割完畢的蔬菜通過強力鼓泡，渦流清洗，水流沖浪，翻轉等清洗方式后，出產的蔬菜更清脆，鮮度更好，保存期更長，然后將帶有水的蔬菜振動脫水后，即可裝框使用。可分為Ⅰ型中小型生鮮蔬菜加工線和Ⅱ型生鮮蔬菜加工線。

production line will be before finishing cleaning 
process is completed by the strong bubble, eddy 
current, water surfing, flip and other cleaning 
methods, production of vegetables more crisp,
fresh degree better retention period is longer, 
and then with water the vegetables dehydration 
can be framing. This production line can be 
divided into type I in small fresh vegetable 
processing Line and type II large fresh vegetable 
processing line.

It is our specific designed machine for washing 
vegetables.

四工位分切---FC-305/FC-301對功能切菜機---WA-1000清洗去雜機（1臺或2臺）---振動瀝水機（產量：500-800kg/h）

Ⅱ型生鮮蔬菜加工線：

GD-586滾刀式切菜機---提升機---WA-1000清洗去雜機（1臺或2臺）---振動瀝水機（產量：2000-5000kg/h）
